Youth Services - Puberty Library

Would you like to borrow a book from the

puberty library located at Cooinda?

1. Join up as a member of Ballarat Community Health Centre  (it's free!)
2. Sign the library membership form
3. Look through the books and select up to 3 books
4. Take them to Reception to sign them out
5. Bring them back to Reception at Cooinda within 4 weeks
