The clinical and allied health staff members at Ballarat Community Health Centre are available for consultation with individuals for a large range of health issues, as well as being involved in community education and health promotion.

Community Health Nursing
Community Health Nurses are based at each site and provide individual, school or group consultations about both general and very specific health topics. Nurses provide testing, treatment and advice for a wide range of health issues such as:

• Chronic illness management, including Asthma & Diabetes
• Health Assessments: Blood pressure, Blood Glucose Level, Cholesterol Level
• Pregnancy testing
• Healthy Lifestyle
• Community Health Nurse – Cultural Diversity
