Clinical Services - Sexual Health Clinic
The Sexual Health Clinic is located at the Sturt Street site and offers confidential treatment and advice to men and women of all ages. The Clinic, staffed by General Practitioners and Registered Nurses, can provide information on all aspects of health, including sexual health. Nurses are available for health promotion and education at schools and other groups.
We can help with:
Contraception
Contraception is something you do or take to prevent pregnancy. There are many forms of contraception including:

Condoms – Male & Female
- The Pill – Daily tablet
- Dep-Provera – Monthly injection
- Implanon – 3 Yearly implant
- Postinor – Emergency contraception
Pregnancy
If you think you may be pregnant, the nurses can provide pregnancy testing, counselling and advice, as well as referrals.
Counselling
Confidential counselling is available for dealing with sexual health issues.
Sexually Transmitted Infections
The clinic provides STI testing, counselling and treatment. You may not know you have an STI – most people have no symptoms. The most common sexually transmitted infections are:
